Update(May 22, 2015):
-Part_9 now has multiple versions for those of you who have been having trouble with the file.
-All old files found in Older_Versions
-New File (Helmet_Revisited), not for the faint of heart (30+ pieces) for creating replica helmet with no visor. All pieces in the repaired file are exported with netfabb. http://www.netfabb.com/
Scale pieces to the appropriate size for your head in Maker-ware or whatever program you feel like using. After printing all pieces out, Paint or use subtractive finishing methods, then use adhesive or other methods for attachment. The final step is to find a suitable material for a visor and attach that as well. Any in-fill above 40% ensures durability. Scale pieces up 7.5-10% if they look small for your head.
If you don’t like the way the pieces are cut/sliced, use netfabb
