Summary

In the old design there was a tab in the USB drive case that was not supposed to be there. I have also increased the size inside of the USB case to fit a wider range of USB sticks. My USB drive wouldn’t fit without this modification.

The original is here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1196989, although without these modifications it won’t work.

This was made by a Prusa i3, here is my review of it : https://3dprinterchat.com/2016/01/sintron-prusa-i3-review/

Please post makes if you make one.

Assembly

I used 2 part epoxy to glue the USB stick in the case. Then I slid the rings onto the shaft in the opposite order that I wanted the combination. Then I put the cap on, watch for the mark on it so it goes on the right way- you can glue this if you want, It’s not necessary.

You most likely will need to sand the parts first so they fit smoothly
